jQuery dialog Object doesn't support this property or method

The dialog Widget is part of the jQuery UI package, in order to use the Dialog widget we need to download the jQuery UI library and add references to the jQuery UI files.

If we call the dialog widget without adding references to the jQuery UI files the following error will be thrown.

Microsoft JScript runtime error: Object doesn't support this property or method
