The
Hardware and Software requirements for SharePoint 2013 have not changed much
from SharePoint Server 2010.
SharePoint 2013 can run on 64-bit machines which used to run SharePoint Server 2010, the change from 32-bit to 64-bit has already happened while moving from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010, hence not much changes from the infrastructure point of view.
