Reporting
services also called SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) is a Reporting tool
which comes packed with SQL Server. It is a server-based reporting platform,
which produces a variety of reports based on different data sources.
The Reports created using Reporting Services can be integrated with SharePoint and can be displayed in SharePoint pages / web parts.
